Empowering Military Members, Veterans, and First Responders with Comprehensive Support

At the Easterseals NH Military & Veterans Campus, we honor those who served by providing a comprehensive, inclusive approach to care—elevating military members, Veterans, and first responders of all abilities as they navigate life beyond service.

Our Veterans Hub of Service is a seamless, one-stop resource that brings together care coordination, therapeutic services, and community connections—all designed to meet military members, Veterans,  and first responders where they are and help them move forward with strength and dignity.

Veterans Count will manage all aspects of care coordination, working closely with healthcare professionals and social service providers to connect Veterans with medical, psychological, and rehabilitation services.

In addition, Veterans Count plays a vital role in supporting homeless and housing‑insecure Veterans. Care Coordinators help individuals access emergency shelter, stable housing solutions, and essential services that promote long-term stability and wellbeing.

We partner with a variety of organizations to ensure military members, Veterans and first responders have access to specialized services, including career development, housing assistance, peer support networks, and therapeutic services.

We provide free space on our campus for VSOs to meet with Veterans on a rotating monthly schedule, making it easier for Veterans to connect with the support they need.

Recognizing the importance of mental and physical well-being, our Hub of Service provides a variety of therapeutic, recreational and creative opportunities that cater to different needs and interests. These services are facilitated by our network of Veteran and first responder service organizations to create a supportive environment where Veterans can heal, express themselves, and rebuild confidence.
