To be eligible for the property, gross household income has to be under the 80% Area Median Income Limit, which is currently $72,080 for a one-person household and $82,320 for a two-person household. Maximum income increases with each additional household member.
Applicants must have sufficient income (or a Housing Choice Voucher) to ensure that the monthly rent of between $650 and $1600 is not more than 40% of the household’s gross monthly income.
